Zeppo is a team of creative adventurers with a basecamp in Leeds. We specialise in bigging-up brands and creating captivating campaigns.
With years of know-how across food and drink, leisure, health and wellbeing, events and education - we work through a range of disciplines; creating branding, packaging, awareness campaigns, retail display, wall art, websites, digital games and mobile apps; composed original music for TV, illustrated stories for charities - and written everything from snappy ad lines and social content to deep-dive articles on migration and food security.
matt@zeppocreative.co.uk has over 20 years at some of the north's most prestigious agencies and brings innovative, creative ideas to life and is a heavyweight in concepts. He’s worked with clients like Kirkstall Brewery, Brudenell Social club, Adidas, Flutter and the BBC. Matt's also an expert illustrator, who has contributed to ‘live drawing’ events across Europe - at both corporate events and festivals throughout the UK.
phil@zeppocreative.co.uk is an experienced and award-winning designer/composer who has worked with both commercial and education clients ranging from British Airways and Honda to Sony BMG, Channel 4, ITV, Leeds City Council, Leeds Rhinos, Bradford City Football Club, Unilever and Virgin Atlantic. He has worked on a broad range of projects, from packaging and promotion to events work, along with TV, space branding and web, animation and mobile apps – both graphics and sound design. Phil’s composed music for numerous TV shows and digital apps.

Deb Gilbert helps Team Zeppo turn random words into compelling copy for all kinds of clients across different sectors. Despite her geeky IT background, Deb will write about absolutely anything (but especially food, drink and sports) – whether it’s copy bound for digital (SEO, websites and blogs) or print (brochures and product labels) – and makes it sound like magic.
Antony Smith is a seasoned web guru who has worked in multiple industries over 20+ years developing, fixing, supporting, delivering and always learning. He’s tussled with just about every facet of web and digital from Wordpress to mySQL which gives him a unique insight when it comes to problem solving.
Alex Sewter writes engaging copy for a huge range of clients and is a real all-rounder, with expertise in writing for small and large clients alike. Alex has worked with global brands like Procter&Gamble, Honda, Vodafone and Hallmark, but is equally at home writing for smaller clients, schools and colleges. Alex has talked to some incredible people, telling their stories across a variety of channels – both in print and online – and picked up fifteen industry awards along the way.
Shaun Naylor is an accomplished animator and composer, with over 15 years experience working in TV, advertising and web. He's worked with the BBC, Channel 4 - as well as directly with many agencies across the North.
